Hello! The Southwest Airlines ACY Terminal staff were extremely courteous and helpful, which made our travel so much easier. The security lines were fast-moving, which relieved a lot of tension from our shoulders, particularly when we were traveling with family. We did not have to wait long or get confused, which made a big difference. From check-in to boarding, everything was easy and well-organized.
